Born in 1945. Graduated from the BMSTU in 1969; candidate in engineering sciences, associate professor of CAE Department of the BMSTU. The author of more than 100 scientific works in the field of design automation. In 1969, he graduated from the BMSTU magna cum laude and was left to work at Computers Department as engineer, machine deputy head, assistant, senior lecturer, associate professor.

In 1980, gained his Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences and in 1985 became associate professor at Computers and Computing Systems Department.

Since 1983 till present time – associate professor at CAE Department.

Professional activities included: laboratory works and workshops, course works and diplomas, lectures in Electronics, Microelectronics, Computers and Peripherals, Computers and Computing Systems Organization, The Basics of Computer Graphics. Superintends the work of postgraduate students.

Arkadiy Semenovich has graduated from the BMSTU and Lomonosov Moscow State University (Mechanics and Mathematics).

He is an expert in automatic control systems, robotics, and ergonomics.

The author of more than 200 scientific publications, including 6 monographs.

Deputy Head of Optical Neural Technologies Center of the Research Institute for System Studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor in Physics and Mathematics. In 1971, he graduated from the Moscow Physical Technical Institute.

When being a second-year student, started to think over the problem: “Why man’s reasoning is applicable to study Nature?” The author of more than 150 scientific publiations.

Having graduated from Smolensk Power Technical School (nowadays – Technical School of Electronic Devices), qualification “Radio Instrument Engineering”, was drawn to the color. While in the army, he was in Central-Asian frontier district.
