Arkadiy Semenovich has graduated from the BMSTU and Lomonosov Moscow State University (Mechanics and Mathematics).

He is an expert in automatic control systems, robotics, and ergonomics.

The author of more than 200 scientific publications, including 6 monographs.

Prize winner of the RF Government in the sphere of education. Deputy Editor-in-Chief of scientific-and-technical magazine “Mechatronics, Automation, Control” (Mashinostroenie Publishers). Deputy Chairman of the Scientifiс and Methodological Council of the RF Higher Educational Institutions under speciality 221000 “Mechatronics and Robotics”. Arkadiy Semenovich Yushchenko is the Head of Robotic Systems Department at the BMSTU.

Primary scientific interests: interaction between man and intelligent robotic engineering systems, the use of fuzzy logic to establish man-robot interaction, using biological prototypes of behavior when controlling robots; development of the theory of artificial intelligent objects activities.
